Our app will guide customers to cancel the order and reschedule for the same as fixu have a massive database of professionals customers will be able to book our professionals as per their convenient time.

After each service is completed, our customers are asked to rate the service on different parameters and judge the overall satisfaction of the service. How do I know that the recommended time activity is honest and fair?
We at Fixu understand that your time is valuable and are always striving to limit the time spent by service providers at your home. However the agents are trained to update you if the job might take longer than expected. Please do expect a buffer of half an hour more or less than the stated time to complete the task.
What if the Fixu Agent under commits and defaults on the time?
There is no need to worry. Our Fixu Agent will ensure that the job is completed with no extra cost
How will the fixu agent account for the time taken in procuring the materials for the Job?
Fixu Agent will access the local hardware store in the vicinity to purchase the materials for the job if required to do so. The time taken to procure the necessary materials will not be calculated as our professional will pause the work and do it for free
To procure the materials for the job, what amount of money should be handed to the Fixu Agent?
Full amount should be handed to our Fixu professional to procure the materials for the job and you will be given the receipt for the same .
What if the problem reoccurs?
Team Fixu vows to fix any problem that re-occurs in 3 days from the day of its first service for free.
